Effective 29 October 2026
Supplier and agreement
InventoryRecon is supplied by Splisys IT Consulting Private Limited (“Splisys”), India, with its registered office at Vikram Vihar, 6/34 -34A, Basement, Lajpat Nagar (South Delhi), New Delhi, Delhi, 110024, India. These terms apply when incorporated into a quotation, order form or agreement accepted by Splisys and the customer (the “Customer Agreement”).
Licence and ownership
The customer receives the right to use InventoryRecon for its internal business purposes within the scope and duration specified in the Customer Agreement. Splisys retains ownership of the software and documentation. The customer retains its rights in its business data and customer-specific outputs. Resale, sublicensing, unauthorised distribution and circumvention of licence controls are prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.
Deployment and customer responsibilities
InventoryRecon is hosted in the customer’s environment, and customer business data is not transmitted to or received by Splisys as part of the product’s operation. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for its infrastructure, system administration, access controls, backups and required SAP or other third-party licences. Any Splisys access for implementation or support requires separate customer authorisation and agreed conditions.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of source data and for reviewing reconciliation results before approving inventory adjustments, accounting entries or other business actions. These responsibilities do not remove Splisys’s obligations under the Customer Agreement.
Commercial terms and support
Pricing, licence scope and duration, implementation services, support commitments, payment terms, renewal and termination arrangements will be set out in the Customer Agreement. No fixed subscription period or automatic renewal is created by this webpage. Support requests may be sent to supportinvrecon@splisys.com; support hours and service levels are those expressly agreed with the customer.
Confidentiality and personal information
Each party will protect confidential information received from the other, use it only for the agreed business purposes and disclose it only to authorised persons who need it and are bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law. This does not apply to information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully received without restriction. Personal information supplied directly to Splisys is handled as described in the InventoryRecon Privacy Statement.
Performance and contractual provisions
Product scope, warranties, remedies, liability and dispute arrangements follow the Customer Agreement, subject to mandatory law. Results depend on source data and configuration.
Precedence and contact
The Customer Agreement prevails over conflicting webpage terms and is not changed by subsequent webpage updates. SAP Store terms govern use of the marketplace. Contact supportinvrecon@splisys.com or the registered office mentioned above.
