Privacy Statement

Who we are

InventoryRecon is provided by Splisys IT Consulting Private Limited (“Splisys”, “we” or “us”), India, with its registered office at Vikram Vihar, 6/34 -34A, Basement, Lajpat Nagar (South Delhi), New Delhi, Delhi, 110024, India. This statement covers the customer-hosted product and information provided to us through related enquiries, sales and support communications.

Customer environment and business data

InventoryRecon is hosted in the customer’s environment. Customer business data processed by the solution remains in that environment and is not transmitted to, received or stored by Splisys as part of the product’s operation. The customer controls its environment, user access and the retention of its business data.

This deployment does not authorise Splisys to access customer systems. Any access needed for implementation or support must be separately agreed and authorised by the customer, including the scope, confidentiality and any applicable data protection arrangements.

Information supplied directly to Splisys

When you contact us or request information through SAP Store, we may receive your name, business email address, telephone number, organisation and the contents of your message. We use those details to respond, arrange demonstrations, manage the business relationship and provide support. Providing sufficient contact details is necessary for us to respond; please supply only information relevant to your request.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell personal information. Access to correspondence is limited to authorised personnel and service providers needed to handle our communications and services, under appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law. Any international handling of this information will be subject to applicable data protection requirements.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to information in our care. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to address the request, support the customer relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping requirements or resolve a dispute, and then delete it or remove identifying details.

Privacy requests and contact

For questions, complaints or requests to review, correct or delete personal information supplied to Splisys, contact supportinvrecon@splisys.com. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through the same contact. We will address requests subject to applicable law and any records we are legally required to retain. Requests concerning data held in a customer’s environment should be directed to that customer.

Changes

We may update this statement to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. This statement concerns InventoryRecon and its related communications; any separate website analytics or cookie practices require their own applicable disclosures.
